Coach-Client Relationship: Company engages experienced coaches to provide coaching services to clients. The relationship between coaches and clients is strictly professional, and coaches shall provide guidance and assistance to the best of their abilities based on their expertise and experience.

No Guarantee of Audition or Role: While coaches will use their knowledge and skills to assist clients in preparing for auditions and roles, First and Last Looks does not guarantee that Clients will land auditions or secure roles as a result of the coaching services provided. The decision to grant auditions or offer roles rests solely with casting directors, producers, or other industry professionals, and First and Last Looks does not have control over their decisions.

Individual Results May Vary: The effectiveness of coaching services may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to the client's experience, dedication, and the competitiveness of the acting industry. First and Last Looks cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results for any client.

Client Responsibility: Clients acknowledge that success in the acting industry requires dedication, hard work, and perseverance. While coaches will provide guidance and support, clients are ultimately responsible for their own performance, auditions, and career advancement.

Confidentiality: First and Last Looks and the coaches shall maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by clients during coaching sessions. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

Payment and Refunds: Clients are responsible for paying the agreed-upon fees for coaching services. Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where First and Last Looks fails to provide the agreed-upon services, in which case a refund may be issued at First and Last Look’s discretion.

Limitation of Liability: First and Last Looks and its coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of coaching services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity.

Modification of Terms: First and Last Looks reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically for changes.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States government. By engaging First and Last Look’s coaching services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
